Record each furniture name, article number, quantity and the order it belongs to. Where a system includes several separately listed components, keep the components visible rather than replacing them with a room nickname.

This list helps the provider identify what the request covers. It also gives the buyer a way to compare the furniture quotation with the requested service without relying on a general product photograph.

Read the fee basis before comparing totals

The public page describes a furniture assembly fee based on 10% of the original product retail price. That wording matters when a purchase also has a promotional furniture price: do not assume a displayed discount silently changes the stated service basis.
